OUR HISTORY

Our Story in a Timeline

AN Global Group Holdings Ltd. is built on a foundation of experience, strategic evolution, and a clear vision for global business growth.

In 2020, our Founder and Group CEO, Avinash, acquired a Business Brokerage franchise in one of the largest markets in the United States. Through hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of the industry, he successfully scaled the business and later exited the venture. This journey provided valuable insights into the critical success factors of business brokerage, which today form a core part of AN Global’s service offerings.

Following this phase, the entities associated with earlier ventures were either successfully exited or strategically closed. The knowledge, global relationships, operational expertise, and management capabilities gained during this period were consolidated to establish a stronger, unified organizational structure—laying the groundwork for AN Global Group Holdings Ltd.

Start of business tax+ consulting practice

The foundation was laid with a focus on tax advisory and business consulting, building early expertise in financial and operational excellence.

This transformation positioned the organization as a comprehensive global solutions provider.

In the same year, AN Global was officially established as a Business Franchisor, transforming years of experience into a structured portfolio of services tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. Our franchise model empowers partners to deliver AN Global’s complete suite of services globally, while also enabling rapid and scalable expansion across markets.
